So what's the problem with everyone seeing her face ?

Cuz maybe SHE doesn't want to? Ever think of that? Quarians relish privacy, Shepard is the only guy she's  trusted enough to show her face to. I'm pretty sure that means she doesn't want others to see her, just Shepard.
