Is there anyone else disappointed by the designe of the Migrand Fleet in ME2. After reading Mass Effect Ascension and comparing the Migrant Fleet to the one shown in ME2.
I'd love to have a Migrant Fleet DLC for after romance content with Tali.

I haven't read "Ascension" yet - it's lying on my desk along with "Revelation" which I've begun reading. I dearly wanted to visit the Flotilla after reading about it in the ME1 Codex. I was pleased to visit it in ME2 though it did fall a bit flat of my expectations. I would like to see it in much greater size, detail and length in ME3.

You should post up a short review when you're done.  I've been tempted to read the Mass Effect books, but licensed novels have a well-deserved reputation for being utterly dreadful.

My opinion of the two books is likely similar to how yours would be once you read them, judging by your "utterly dreadful" comment.  They aren't actually dreadful, just written for elementary/early Jr. High reading levels, I think.  Don't expect multisyllabic words to crop up often.
But if you go into the reading of the books with the right mindset, one in which you recognize that you're here to learn more about the Mass Effect universe (and specifically Quarians/the flotilla with Ascension) rather than a truly engaging read that will have you on the edge of your seat, they're good enough for that purpose.

So yeah.  Don't go in  expecting Dickens, and you'll come out aces.  Really interesting stuff about the ME universe to be found in them, though.

Thanks!  I like a good trashy novel as much as the next guy, but the quality of the writing in the Mass Effect games themselves is of such a high quality that I'm not sure I could tolerate a precipitous dropoff in the prose versions. 

I have only read Ascension and am reading Revelation. I will say that Ascension is the better book and so fare its the only book I have in which I read the entire thing in less than 2 hours(I got to into the story and started to speed read without realizing it.) and its the only book that made me happy when certain characters got what they deserved even if they deserved more than what they got...

I'd rather suggest to drop the Tali doubling idea and settle for having The single Tali, with twice as many unique content, dialogue, love and awesomeness than other characters

Yeah.  There is a bit of a decline, but it's not like coming to a clif edge one moment and finding yourself on the valley floor the next.  Expect more "I'm tired of your two-faced reporting!" and less "I'm tired of your disingenuous assertions!"  The intent and the story behind the words is still there, they're just using smaller words.
