if you can hear them a lil, then it's a problem with your speakers most likely.. If you're talking about the couple times(Samara's loyalty mission) where it cuts out completely, that's a bug.

Nope, but i've known a number of them who are very nice sane people.
They've always been very cordial people wh were a great deal well mannered compaired to other people ive run into.
