Nope, 4% is too high. 

Lower it down to 1-2% failure rate, then we'll talk

I know 100% is impossible, but something below 1% would be considered, if lots of simulations/tests are done first.

But Doc just sided with me, therefore its true, the effects varry between people, thats why Tali takes immune system boosters with it 99% successfull, and after multipull tests are taken with a few samples from Tali to see reaction
