As in, it's some weird messed up crap that you'd have to be on mushrooms to take seriously.
That's the fun, W40K doesn't take itself THAT seriously. I mean the Orkz fire anti-tank guns that teleport goblins(gretchin?) inside them.
Tali would totally fit in as an Ork Mekboy. She's a Quarian, give her scrap metal, some wiring and a pinch of element zero and she'll be making your RED WUNZ GO FASTA!

Typical, as if Mass Effect is more realistic. Both are in the same boat, sure one is more outlandish then the other but both are impossible.
Besides, If I were a bettin man, Tali would have never fallen for Shepard in the first place. The way the Quarians are stuck in that Armada, I could easily see them becoming extremely xenophobic.

But I like Tali, just stating the obvious, when a group is isolated for long periods of time, they tend to be xenophobic and frightened by outside influences.

Pilgrimages intent partially that point.
And cannot generalize. Whole species can't be xenophobic, only certain percent of population.

Possibly but the whole pilgrimage thing goes against that. If they're so xenophobic of the rest of the Galaxy why do they force their best and brightest into diving head first into them?
Not necessarily. Go out expecting it. Would actually encourage behavior to attempt to prove others' xenophobia wrong.rayremy wrote...

About the pilgrimage...
The other races treat them like crap and vermin, wouldn't that promote xenophobic thoughts?

Of course, your points are valid. Still, as a whole I could see them similar to the Batarians in there xenophobic ways. Although there still MY FAVORITE RACE, it doesn't mean that everything I say about them has to be positive. <_<

Still, I would still see a group similar to Terra Firma within the Migrant Fleet.

Remind you nothing is...human expression...?
Ah. Yes. "Black and white."
Odd expression, but given grey shades in between, suppose works.

Ok here you go guys! My new Tali fan art! Here she is working hard down in engineering! Im not sure they have screwdrivers and wrenches in the far far future but....to hell with it! I love women wrench jockies! Also, please note, she is trying to get a footing to get down lower into the ship (if you ever tried working on a huge Navy ship engine like I have, im sure you can relate). Anywho ... enjoy!! I had so muuch fun making this. It really turned out well!
