Have answered this question before. Suit meant to be easily removable for repairs. However, still is not easy. Removal likely follows this sequence.

• Belts, straps, equipment pouches, etc removed first.
• Decorative wraps and hood next.
• Faceplate of helmet
• "Tubes" disconnected from back of helmet.
• Back of helmet
• Neck gorget.
• Gloves
• Boots
• Body of suit likely similar to unitard.
• Seal broken in rear(likely upper to mid-back) and Quarian can step out.

Not "to break" in the vernacular. Space suits of 21st century are sealed and pressurized. To break a seal is simply to allow exterior and interior atmosphere to mix. Frequently this causes a pop/whine sound. No actual damage to suit occurs. Quarian suits serve same purpose. When Shepard removed Tali's mask, small squeak can be heard. Is sound of breaking seal.

Unusual query... Which topic? Have wide area of knowledge regarding terrestrial creatures. Bees and birds tend to avoid one another. Occasionally, when very hungry or if specialized, birds eat bees. Bees in large numbers discourage birds from attacking hive through stinging. Unsure if this is data requested...

Yeah, that news is SO old. (I whopping 1 day)
