as i lay lifeless on the floor i felt the pressence of something in the room where my lifeless body was. a month later i woke up with scars on my body and a black mark on my chest (must of been from tali) my eyes were glowing blue/white and there was a tube that was inserted into my arm pumping glowing purple fluid into my blood stream, and through the com unit i heard an evil voice say "it is your time to rise and redeem yourself"

Many thanks. Happy you enjoyed it. Will be posting minific to blog in addition to first few pages of Quarian Speculation/Guide. Regarding Geth. Geth do not "feel" pain. Do register impaired functionality. Without pain. Torture impossible. Closest similar action is to reprogram or provide unsolvable puzzle. However. Both are temporary. Both will not cause lasting psychological harm to Geth software.
