I wouldn't be disappointed, but it's already been established that their ears are noticeably different from human's... Elf ears aren't really that different.

Quarians have an endoskeleton, lips, teeth, and two eyes with eyelids and tear ducts. Their ears or ear analogues differ in a noticeable fashion from those of humans, with references made to "what [passes] for the quarian version of an ear" (Ascension, p. 235).

We can discuss this forever, since bioware only can tell us how they look.

Fail? That would be a wonderful idea, but unfortunately, BioWare has already stipulated that quarians have human-like jaws. So, unfortunately for me so many other people who want Tali to be semi-ugly just out of principle, it's not going to happen, which is good for people of your caliber, I suppose.

I completely disagree that it would be any sort of "wonderful" to bastardize the Quarians by ripping off a late 1980's alien. Call that "creative" or "original" if you will.

They need to show you Tali's face for the sake of the Romance. Mysterty and imagination is great and all but they can only sustain us for so long. We feel in love with her character, not a cheap mask. Not being able to see her face is like reading a book without words, or building a puzzle without pieces, it's just not complete. She is an amazing character, with an amaxing personality, has a great VA. A perfect, beautiful face would top this all off and make her one of the best females characters in history (IMHO). If you loved someone, would you feel jipped if you couldn't stare into their eyes, their face hid because a mask of laziness. It was bad enough that Shepard go to see her face. WE PLAY as Shepard, we learn, feel and experience through him. When he romanced Tali and got to see her in her beauty, we were ripped away from Shepard, forced to watch as a bystander. This was a cheap move and ticked me off. Shepard knows what Tali looks like. If they go through the entire series and don't reveal her, it would be like BioWare is mocking us and I don't want one part of it!



SHOW HER FACE! COMPLETE THE CHARACTER WE FEEL IN LOVE WITH!

Agreed, ending of the triology. We should know what she looks like before it all ends.

I know my idea isn't creative, but you have to admit, making the quarians look like humans (face-wise) isn't that terribly creative either.

Your idea isn't even plausible considering otherwise is stated in the books.
