I only use it to talk to multiple people and when playing multiplayer games, because text messaging becomes impossible.

I only use party chat when I'm playing casually like a mulitplayer game. I prefer texts still because they are not as distracting when I play a story-heavy game.

Sometimes one of my friends will invite me to a party/private chat whenever I'm playing ME1, or a similar game. I don't talk much of course, since it is very distracting. Then they start bugging me about how I don't say much. Also, I use party/private chat to escape the sounds of people whining over multiplayer games. I hate whiners.

You know what? I'm up for some MW2.

Outside of a slight similarity in appearance I doubt it.  Tali is pretty unique in terms of her personality.  She has certain traits developed from her life as a quarian, and others that come out because she's been with Shepard for so long.  I really can't see Kasumi having any of Tali's characteristics. 

A combination of Zaeed and Miranda is my guess

I doubt that she would be mix of those to zaeed well is nothing like a theif and Miranda just talks about enhancements all the time.

The thing I'm thinking is that she's going to have to be pretty isolated as a character in general, since I doubt she'll have any interaction with the other squad mates, so she could end up similar to Zaeed in the way that most of what she talks about is centered around herself.  Its also the only way you're going to get more info about her.  I doubt she'll sound as much like an old man recounting war stories, but I can't see her talking about much besides her past.

For personality, I just see the options being somewhere between friendly/bubbly, or b*tchy.  While I doubt she's as offputting as Miranda, I expect her to be a lot closer to Miranda's attitude than Tali's friendly demeanor.
