Scalpels! was it you looking for that codex entry? I found it...

I was. Enlgihten me? Unable to check. Still working.

here's what I found:

I seem to remember discussing a codex entry about how Quarian suits handle digestion. It is the secondary entry under Ships and Vehicles--Starships: Quarian Liveships. Though it diesn't go into specifics as to how "waste" is handled, it mentions that it is somehow used to fertilize the liveships' crops. These crops are sterilized with radiation, ground into "nutritious pastes" and pumped into the suits via feeding tubes. It goes on to say that they only eat meat when it is found at vendors/markets as the ships cannot sustain livestock. These dextro-based meats are also eaten in a sterilized paste form. Though, the culinary shock of foreign culinary items often leads to hangover-like symptoms even when sterilized...

...I kinda feel bad for Tali:(

You trying to find out how waste is handled in the suit or by ships?

People who like Tali Generally have an interest in Garrus too. Tali and Garrus are my two most favorite characters in the whole game.

That was true for me in ME1, but in ME2 I just don't find Garrus so interesting anymore for some reason. Samara replaced him as my second favorite Squadmate.

He did change....Don't know if that was a good thing...Just wish I could help repair his armor...too bad.  When I first saw Garrus go down like that from the Gunship i was horrified.  I thought it was my fault that had happened.

Me too! haha
Used Samara+Tali for my first 4 playthroughs. I've been slowly letting go of Samara to try some other people out lately.

You know, you can go through the enitre campaign and never have Samara in your squad and still accomplish her Loyalty mission.

I felt the same until I went through the Garrus romance on my FemShep. I was like "There is the Garrus I remember!" The poor guy has been through hell and is just starting to get better by the time you hit the Collectors. I feel more sorry for him than anything.

Side Note: He also has some of the best jokes in the game!

just looking for anything really. We were wondering how the suit handled eating/expelling of digested material and any details therein. Turns out it was buried in the secondary codex:mellow:

Someone check out my blog plz. I need feedback.

Also, question: if they do reveal Tali's face, won't she sound slightly different? After all, she speaks through her suit.

The conversation between Garrus and Tali brought back the old Garrus...Yeah...good times.

And Jokers comment with how Garrus is now.  Laughed my ass off on that one.

Same here. I still like him anyways, just not as much as I used to.
There was a poll a while ago, if they made us choose, in a Virmire-like situation, between Tali and Garrus - In ME1's times it'd probably have been a rather difficult decision, but now it didn't take me 2 seconds to decide.
It's of course an unfair competition, I'd pick Tali over anyone else.

Yeah, she'd have to sound different. But, IF they do reveal her face, I think it'll only be a temporary thing, not an entire hide-helmet-option or something.
They should've done it in the romance cutscene. Wouldn't even have required talking!

Well, it just wouldn't be machanical.  I think they should have changed something when shepard took off her mask and she still sounded the same...after she muttered the last word from her sentence...

When Shepard takes her helmet off her voice continues unchanged. I think i notice a slight difference, but maybe it's just my imagination.
