The question wasn't which relationship is more romantic, but which relationship is more of a "one night stand" or long-term.  A long term relationship with Tali would be very difficult, a long term relationship with Shiala would be easier than with a human in some ways.

The way your question was written was rhetorical.  Not, 'which would be easier' (as that is obvious) but, 'why choose Tali if Shiala is easier'?

I answered the question as posed.

Thats exactly why something should be done!
England isn't just a constitutional monarchy!
Every european country was once ruled by a monarch.
Were already late at modernizing, besides the queen no longer represents England accuratly.
