I think she would take it pretty hard personally.  She puts on a tough front, but I think the whole, seeing the result of losing Shepard to a quarian first hand, on her desk, may be a little too much.  She definitely doesn't care about Shepard as much as Tali does in the reverse situation, but she's very prideful, and that pretty much cuts her legs completely off.  It would definitely lose her loyalty at least

Not unless you already lost hers
then you can always get it back with 100% Paragon or Renegade...

Now I'm really curious what Shepard would say to get her loyalty back after she walked in on you and Tali having sex on her desk.  Any ideas?

lol if you take Tali to the human embassy, she's got a comment by the ledge. "This is near where we first met, Shepard." She says some other stuff too, but I'll leave it for you to hear. 

The sad thing is: I really am going to load up my game just to go to the Citadel and watch that one scene.
Just like how I sat through 50 advertisments just to to hear: 'The next time you're out on the town with Miss Zorah. . ."

Yeah, same.

The only time I ever got a "little sister" vibe from Tali was during Garrus' loyalty mission, while she's sitting in the back, not talking, as Shepard and Garrus discuss killing that guy; her bros talking about taking care of business.

I like how Garrus sits in the background during the second half of Tali's trial. Sure I bet all squadmates do the same thing, but it's better in this case because it's Garrus.

Nah, thats like the top right option for if you don't have enough persuasion to resolve the situation nicely.  That would definitely result in a GTFO from Miranda
