For a while now I've entertained the idea of doing a video similar to the "Shepard is such a jerk" video, only call it "Tali is such a sweetheart" (something like that)
And it would compile all her funny/cute/awesome lines/moments from ME1 and ME2. It's a daunting task though, it would require a lot of planning and basically a playthrough of both games.
But it's for Tali.
TALI!
She's kinda a big deal.
Dooooooo eeeeeeet. You'll get twenty-gazillion views. Easy.

Nah, thats like the top right option for if you don't have enough persuasion to resolve the situation nicely. That would definitely result in a GTFO from Miranda
"What?"
"Yeah. I'm just ripping her suit off to kill her."
"But why are you... you-know-what-ing on my desk?"
"Lip service."

That may be true, but the only VA work that I know Yvonne has done is the LEGO(?) movie that came out recentlish and Mass Effect 2, so Liz Sroka has done at least the same amount with both Mass Effects. However, I will agree that Yvonne was played up a 'bit' more (even though, iirc Liz Sroka isn't ugly by any definition.)
Although it wasn't nearly as bad as the first Mass Effect, I kind of think Tali works more as an exposition piece on what life is like on the flotilla, although she was much better integrated into Mass Effect 2 (although, in actual gameplay Tali made more sense and was a better character in Mass Effect original) especially with the interrupt hug on the Alarei. Of course, the whole idea behind her trial is stupid from a story perspective if you bring Legion on board at the same time... honestly she should of been exiled then and there...
Liz Sroka is very hot, I personally prefer her to Yvonne Strahovsky, but that, and past VA work isn't really relevant in a sales campaign aimed at people who haven't played ME1/2. Strahovsky is a lot more visible just from being on a widely scene television show. Liz Sroka is pretty much completely unknown outside of ME forums.
As far as Tali, her role in ME1 was largely to give extra info on the quarians/geth, which is one of the reasons that I think Bioware was surprised by the popular reception she got in the first place. It wasn't a huge problem in the first game because the characters weren't well fleshed out at all in general. ME1 was about the ME universe, and the immediate plot. That all changes for ME2, it focuses specifically on the characters, and Tali changes from a codex entry to a person who you can identify her personality and feelings very well.
As far as the loyalty mission, the admirals pretty much state that the whole trial is a sham in itself. Zal'Koris wants to further his own political ideals by making an example of another admiral, who's love for war/experimenting on the geth led to a disaster. Koris knows all along that Tali is innocent, that isn't a large concern to him, its all a show.

She. . .she dosen't need to see that, anyway.
I think it would be pretty good actually. Tali gets to see you be a complete bad ass, then you resist Morinth's advances. I'm thinking the dialogue afterwards would be something like:
Tali: How did you resist her? She was beautiful and intoxicating.
Shepard: Easy, I just thought of you <3
This is a mad amount of relationship points we lose by not getting to take Tali with us

Concur. Also, if Liz Sroka
and Yvonne Strahovsky were both standing at a bar (if you're pants
aren't already off now at the thought of that, you have stronger
willpower than me) I would go for Liz. I tend to judge beautiful women
as all b*tches, so even though Yvonne could be a nice person (heck,
could be nicer than Liz, but I doubt it), again, it's just me
stereotyping, but it's what I'd do in that situation, and I'm usually
not disappointed [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/cool.png[/smilie]
