It's a struggle between my desire to spite BioWare's and EA's contest by ignoring it the way they've chosen to ignore the market I reside in vs. helping another person out whom has a chance to participate and where assisting him/her doesn't cost me a thing other than a few seconds and the energy expended by my finger clicking a button......

It's probably a sham for us yanks as well; but like you said, most of the contest requires no effort at all.. So if there's a chance for free goods, why not?

Though I'm a little sad about the eligibility thing.. perhaps it's a matter of cost of international shipping?

I want both Garrus and Tali to be recruitable characters in Mass Effect 3.

Tali was my romantic interest in my male Shepard play-through and Garrus for my female Shepard.

It would really suck if they become sidelined like Ashley and Liara (my romantic interests from ME1).

doesn't your government have something to dod with cesorship? If I remember correctly you guys were making a big fuss about the opening to MW2 (which I may say was indeedd quite a concern).

Only partly, they don't force publisher to censor the games and they can still sell the games although only to people that are old enough (18+). 

So a lot of publishers censor their games to push the age down at which customers are allowed to buy the game (i.e. 16 instead of 18). 

It doesn't change the part with the high prices though, which is really aggravating.

Mass Effect 2 Halo..?  Sounds like BioWare and Bungie have teamed up and Microsoft and EA are forcing them to milk their franchises together...
