Communism's only set-in-stone "rules" are the abolishment of private property & equality.
China are not communists, & the soviets were only half-way there.
Both nations used communism to create dictatorships, but you can see that Russia is no better off with "democracy".
Besides Communism can even work alongside Democracy, Gorbachev's reform's before the fall of the SU were beginning to do that.
You are classic example of propaganda-brainwashed fools who hate things because they are told to instead of forming opinions based on your own views.
