Communism's only set-in-stone "rules" are the abolishment of private property & equality.
China are not communists, & the soviets were only half-way there.
Both nations used communism to create dictatorships, but you can see that Russia is no better of with "democracy".
Besides Communism can even work alongside Democracy, Gorbachev's reform's before the fall of the SU were starting to do that.
You are classic example of propaganda-brainwashed fools who hate things because they are told to instead of forming opinions based on your own views.

artwork is a cornerstone of Quarian culture... Tali is an engineer, so she may not be as apt to analyze art, but I bet she'd atleast enjoy it
