here's what I was working on. Just coloring that same pic that Jake colored to keep myself busy during the long day in the lab today. almost impossible to make look clean in paint7 like Jake did with PS (I guess... what did you use?). gonna go back with a dark filter and some line cleanups to finish it. It's too bright as is. Haven't done anything else to it today though:



looks globby and rough if not viewed full size btw.

I used multiple color layers at varying opacity, and for the shadows a darkened with black with ~20% opacity

I'll just use regular linking.  Since there's probably been like 100 posts since my first failure (lol), here is what I would envision Tali without her suit.  I think she would have long flowing hair because of that ridge behind her neck that not all Quarrians have.
