Nope, impossible to romance another LI. 

Well, I do have both Ashley and Liara romance saves in ME1. My first playthrough of ME2 was of an Ashley romance save. I may import that one at some point into ME3 to see what happens.

All she wanted was sex, and all I wanted was Tali.
