Of course, you can play as a puritan or radical inquisitor, eventually becoming a hero of the imperium or replace the chaos lord you take down

Similar to a post I read earlier, I originally assumed my first Shepard would go for Miranda (I must admit that seeing her in an ad on Steam was what prompted me to preorder ME2 and buy ME1 to play first) but I completely forgot about her and didn't even realise until much later. The Tali Indoctrination is simply irresistible. She had me at "no Quarians".

Never bothered to get a LI in ME1, as I didn't bother stepping away from the galaxy map unless required to. (I don't miss having to remember which doors to go though to get to the airlock...)
