He is very able to save the Galaxy. But he doesn't care about what happens to his mates, or anyone else, so it would probably be bloody as hell... Or, if he's that emotionless, he might take all the power to himself and become the villain... The whole Galaxy's enemy, even after saving the Galaxy from the Reapers...

now before you answer think about it, tali trust him sooo much and he could easily manipulate her
(his powers of manipulation are used all over the game)
and he might think of it as a challenge

The word "can" can be thought of in many ways. Would it be possible? Yes. Would I approve? Hell no! <_<

Hmm... but but... I don't think the 110% renegade Shep who loves no one could lie so well. I mean, to sleep with Tali, he would have to pretend VERY well that he loves her. And I'm not sure if that's possible, if you really have 0 feelings for someone.

if you play a renegade shep you pretty much have to stop being a renegade around / or to  tali to get her to like you?

Agreed, the only thing wrong with the pipe is that it is obstructing Tali's awesomeness.

Well, the only things present in our bodies that is directly connected to amino-acid chirality are proteins, and those come most commonly as enzymes (in our bodies, anyway, excluding food supplies), which are present in fairly large numbers in saliva, hence, the only thing certain to be sweet from Tali would be her kiss.
