She can, just as far as I know you have to have very few people hold the line.
When I did it I had three people hold the line. Jacob, Samara and Miranda. All unloyal.
Jacob and Samara, survived. Miranda didn't.

If Zaeed or Garrus are with her, she'll probably live. 

I have a theory that in ME3, TIM will try and reclaim the Normandy (for EDI, she's a big deal), and he'll use Miranda for that. They definitely have something planned for her in ME3, it's the only reason I can think that they'd give her so much plot armor. 

I'm not saying Miranda will be all evil when she betrays you, I think it would be a very difficult choice. But I can easily see TIM manipulating her to helping him reclaim the Normandy. "We'll keep protecting your sister", "All we want is the Normandy, the crew will be left alone", "We'll give Shepard a comparable Frigate", "All we want is EDI", "Still cerberus property", etc. 

Then you'll get the choice of either sparing her or killing her.

No, I have made Miranda die in every part possible minus squad lead parts. 

The only way to kill her is to leave her loyal or unloyal holding the line by herself, or bring her unloyal to the final battle.

There is no other ways.

I myself have similar doubts about miranda's loyalty. and her romance choice in whole for that matter. I have come to beleive that TIM wanted to manipulate shepard through his relationships. that's why he hired Kelly (who to be honest I think slept her way to her degree) and miranda in a bid to seduce shepard to the proverbial dark side. Thankfully Tali was there to keep me safe

they only give it out to the first 100 people to reply in the right format

then they send you a message on twitter telling you ,"you've won"  then they tell you to e-mail you twitter name and the e-mail you use on this web site, to a e-mail they give.

a day later in my case you will see the points


only thing wrong is soooooo many people reply soo fast you have to really be on the ball

I heard you can kill Zaeed in his loyalty if you do it after the suicide mission.
