its godly, especially with the accuracy upgrade. You can drop harbingers in seconds, especially once their barriers are stripped. You also have an ungodly amount of ammo to shoot through.

I like the game but goddam relic, they actually broke an entire faction, in essence patched them out of the game

It'd be like if bioware doubled Tali's cooldowns (which are already really long), further nerfed shotguns by reducing damage, and reduced the amount of shield strength she gets from E-drain

Its that bad

Harbinger was practical dead for me before he ever hit the ground in most cases... B)


Yeah, my first playthrough I chose Assault Rifle training over the Widow, and when I played through insanity with that character, Harbinger normally strode up to my cover, killed my squaddies, then continued to pummel me with the dark "Haha, you're out of cover" orbs of deathlyness.:(

Why not try going in witha  brush and darkening select spots?

Good in insanity.


I like the revenant.  Its inaccurate yeah, but the combination of the accuracy upgrade and adrenaline rush cancel that out.  I feel like people who say the revenant isn't good don't use adrenaline rush enough.  Just mash the hotkey button as soon as the 2 second recharge is up.  You have close to perfect accuracy, and can drop almost any enemy at mid range.  At close range, you don't even need adrenaline rush, no one will last more than a second. 

At long range, while the widow is much better, the viper is perfectly capable.  I forget the stats off the top of my head, but I can easily land 4-5 headshots per adrenaline burst with it, compared to the one for the widow.  That at least comes close to the damage output.  Basically, the revenant increases your ability to kill at close-mid range better than the widow increases your ability to kill at long range.

I think I'm in the minority with how much I hate the geth assault rifle, but I see it like revenant >>> gar, while widow > viper.

Damn, I loved that game, and always wanted to play online with friends until I kept getting patch after patch and just said eff it.:blush:

I love adrenaline rush, the only problem I had was when I first picked it up without the acc upgrade. The bullets flew everywhere.:pinched:

Im thinking of picking up the rev on a new run though.
