What does shepard do?
Personal Shepard would understand and be polite. But that is own Shepard.
Agreed, no part of "playful hug" entails a psychotic murderer response
execpt Himmel's shep, i would shoot him in the back of the head repeatedly before i'd say hi to Tali
All Tali fans, read this! IT'S UP TO US TO KEEP TALI ALIVE! 3.0!!

Not arranged, just strong encouragement
and Tali thought that if she did as her father wanted he would look more favourable on her and less on the fleet as a whole
Well she did seem really sad that her father was never there

You know what, if Rael had survived, he very likely would've gotten exiled. And Tali wouldn't want him to be "homeless" (basically), so she'd really want for him to stay on the Normandy.
Damn, that would suck.
Too bad Rael had too much pride to allow that in the first place.

I'd get him a job at Cerberus.
Also, if Rael were still alive, that would mean that his experiments succeded.

Why not?
I thought it might actually fit into their society. "Mixing" the genetic pool as it were. Raya arranges marriages to Neema, or to any other ship so that their gene pool does not stagnate, no?
Also, thought that in a society as close knit and closed off as the Quarians, family history and lineage would play a part in one's "eligibility" would it not? Tali for instance would probably be considered a prize catch for any Quarian male. Too bad Shepard got there first.

He's an admiral...I'm sure he could get his own ship and be on his way somewhere.
Tali wouldn't want to put him in additional danger, and the Normandy goes into a lot of dangerous places.
Plus, I think he'd have to stay in the men's room...my Normandy is almost out of space.
