That could simply refer to the synthetic parts Shepard is riddled with, but I like to think it's cooler than that. And were we ever told exactly why his tissue glows?! It never did that before!

I was going to say that the people in the ME universe don't know anything about husk tech either, but I guess that isn't completely true.  Cerberus had some experiments in ME1 with husks, if anyone has the tech, they do.  I still find it unlikely, but it is possible I guess.  

I don't think it ends up with Shepard being a percentage husk, but if husk cybernetics or something random like that would be useful in a certain process in the revival procedure, I could see the tech being applied like that.

i dont know if this is right or what ever but isnt some of the stuff that is in shepard reaper tech. I heard of that somewere i dont know if that is true or not??

I simply assumed that Shepard's glowing scars/eyes were due to some sort of body-wide fiber-optic wire network. After all, if you've got a ton of cybernetics in side of you, you'd want them to communicate quickly with each other.
