Yo, I had and idea that I don't know if anyone has done before.
Mirror Universe Tali.
In addition to Mirror universe everyone else. She's got like geth cybernetics grafted to her like Saren did, and Shepard has an eyepatch and a goatee. For the quarian people I'm not sure if they should still be a nomad people in the mirror universe, or if they should be galatic conquerers with an army of geth slaves. I'm leaning towards nomads still, but instead of their current history they fell to the geth after a failed attempt at using them for galactic conquest. Now they're a species of nomadic tech mercenaries for hire.
Some ideas I'll brain fart before I go.
Codex Entry:Quarians:Alternate Universe
The Quarian Flotilla Network, known for thier massive fleets, exstensive use of a VI program the Quarians refer to as "The Geth" are a race within current known logs. Quarian fleets on average run in various sizes, in some cases flotillas are known to reach as many as 50,000 ships, mostly crewed by Geth machinery with Quarian overseers.
Due to rising political tensions created by increased Quarian aggression due to rapidly expanding population th e Quarians left as a member of The Citadel Races 150 years ago, citing inreconcilable political differences, especially regarding thier research into the uses of VI FTL communication networks and Geth Drone armies. Wars quickly broke out between the Quarians and other races, especially the Turrians and the occasional Krogan Warlord.
As a result the Quarians have since severely restricted access to most relays going into Quarian Space. Trade ships granted access often comment of the intimidating presnce of Quarian Relay Guard ships easily being larger and more powerful than any Citadel space Dreadnaught.Although research flotilla fleets are occasionally seen outside Quarian Space.
Biology.
Since thier self induced isolation, most Quarians encountered are seen wearing cybernetic enivorn suits outside of Quarian held territory. The Quarians who've been willing to speak to outsiders say that due to thier rare encounters with other races Quarians protect themselves from possible infection, as well as due to Geth VI technology access to thier Extra-net and possibly enhanced physical ability due to suit cybernetics.
Humans first encountered the Quarians after mid sized flotilla siezed the planet Shanix, the Quarians claiming they needed the planet for resource harvesting for research. However a Systems Alliance colony was also wiped out by Geth drone troops shortly after. War between the Systems Alliance and the Quarians, which due to the massive technology disparity between human forces versus Quarian technology, led to terrible casulties for the Systems Alliance. Peace was only brokered only after the intervetion of Citadel forces in request from the Systems Alliance.
Since then both Citadel races and Quarian forces are known to regard humans as a weaker faction in space, despite thier rapid expasion in recent years. Any Systems Alliance ships encountering Quarian ships are advised to retreat immediatly to the nearest military renforcement point.

ME1:Tali Zorah Vas Neema,
Tali is a recruitable member for Commander Shepard's team, ecountered on [insert random planet name] after the Normandy SR-1 recieves a general distress call. Upon arrival Spectre Shepard discovers the signal to be comming from a Quarian fleet. Wondering what could be strong enough to destroy Quarian forces, Shepard has the Normandy search for survivors, Tali being the highest ranked research team member surviving.
Later in the game Tali will be needed to help use the massive Quarian Geth network to discover the missing Mu Relay.
this is all I can think of in my exhausted state x.x time for bed.
