As well as Tali (yes, that is an honest answer, not just considering the thread in which I find myself), I have to say, Aria T'Loak kicks some butt!!  (did you know that's Carrie-Ann Moss?)

Oh, absolutely.  Jack?  Give me a break...and Miranda, she's more like a Barbie doll than an actual woman.
At least Tali reacts as a normal person would.  I'd actually like to see her as a side mission ala DLC, so we could get more sense of her as a person.  She has way more meainingful dialog.

Just some advice, Kaiden isn't as dramatic as Ashley IMO, so in my KaidenVirmire playthrough, I felt GOOD that she was totally against me and Garrus and Cerby (we both stood there like "you're too emotional, yo". With Kaiden, didn't love or hate him. I love to hate Ashley

I think it would be nice if ME3 allows us limited slots for squadmates, so anyone who dislikes a character can simply not recruit them. It would be difficult for me though, since I did really like all of them. Except Morinth.

It makes perfect sense considering how poor sales were for Mass Effect compared to Sonic Chronicles, the undisputed best game ever.
