What, the vaguely human face? It is deeply disturbing, I suppose. She's even got a nose! And lips! The two eyes are a bit much even for me.
I always found the whole skin thing more disturbing than the eyes. Who wants skin
Its a joke, the troll said that they knew Tali's face was hideous, and that they preferred human females. Everyone else is sarcastically pointing out the many similarities between human female faces and Tali's.
All Tali fans, read this! IT'S UP TO US TO KEEP TALI ALIVE! 3.0!!

Wait, nooo, you ruined it.
Seriously though, the only thing that I believe is noted as being a big difference, other then you normal rubber forehead aliens stuff, is that I believe quarian's have weird or non-existent ears. That doesn't stop people from liking Asari.

Their legs bend differently as well. They also seem to have a different body shape in general, (hips
There are a few differences, but quarians do appear very similar to humans.

Nice, nice. You know this style reminds me of the style used in the art in the first 2 fallout games. I think it's sort of Frank Frazetta style?

I have a feeling that if it weren't for their suits, the reaction towards Quarians in the ME games would've been:

Yeah probably, although the asari have to deflect some of the too humanoid complaints. Come on, they're just blue humans with a hat

Well you can obviously justify stuff like the asari appearance. Anyone complaining about an alien species being too humanoid is probably pretty likely to ignore stuff like that though. They would be concerned only with first look appearance. Which is very human female.
