The emperor didn't want to kill horus because he thought there wa still some good in him, so Horus beat the crap out of him for a awhile.
Then Horus killed a random soldier with a burst of warp fire. The emperor seeing how far gone he was unleashed a massive attack and killed Horus.

The important thing though, is..... "DO YOU HEAR THE VOICES TOO!"

Tali seemed to look up to ash as a role model. She always called her Cheif Williams and asked about women fighiting in the military ans stuff like that. In ME1 she was really young so someone had to have had some influence on her life.

Yes, long A. Most people pronounced it "Tal eeeeeeee", but it's really "Tall eeeeee".

I know what that's like.

I have a complicated last name that only one non-family person has ever said correctly. I haven't bothered correcting anyone since I was a little kid.
