Find out who Liz Sroka's agent is.

use that to find the contract and probably a rough script of Tali's lines.

i really really really hate it how ME2 was "dumb-graded"

EA was like, "We need to get the CoD crowed over here. Make it so a fetus can play and maybe we can get more money."

there was soooooooooooooooooooooo much potential in this game. OMG i cannot believe it. It kills me man!  This is the reason I believe so many folks are writing out fanfics. Not just for Tali either.

Well, look at it this way.
Liara, is the only squad member that can't die, meaning that there is a very high chance that she'll be in ME3. She is also a LI. Now to me (and this is just my opinion) it would be very stupid of bioware to put only  one LI from past games in ME3, to me it would seem like they are just playing favourites. (of course this would also mean that every other romance would have to return, just to be fair).
The only reason that Bioware wouldn't bring back the past LIs is because it would cost more to give them all huge parts in the story, when they could easily sideline them because there's a chance they'll be dead.
It also wouldn't be a good idea to sideline Tali because of her massive fanbase. The same can really be said about all other popular characters though.

Lots of people do, it seems like there is a thread about it every other day.  Mostly people use it to justify the opinion that NONE of the characters from ME1/2 are going to have any more than cameos.

Frankly I find the notion silly.  In actual fact, almost none of the individual characters are very
important to the story at large, Liara being almost the sole exception, so simply being alive does not make someone necessary to the story.  She could be alive and irrelevant, just like almost every character in ME1 was -- after all, Wrex and Garrus can simply not be recruited, Ashley and Kaiden's roles in the story are entirely interchangable, and Tali's only significance to the larger plot happens before she is a crewmate.

yeah also to mention
its not that hard to have the characters interchangable with your story, all they have to do is create all the missions, and then have the
game check the save file to see if that character died... if so, take
out that characters mission, and as a resault, since you dont have X
character Audio files wont play from that character

They have done it before with if you Recruited Garrus, or Killed/Saved Wrex... its easy for them...

Ignore her, if she starts stuff, redirect it and ignore her..

That'll make her the instigator and the villain, all else works to your favor.

I don't date crazies though, so....this doesn't really happen.
