These people... I Like Liara and all but I still support Tali and her followers. I hate haters.

Liara's cool.  I felt really bad when I saw her picture turned face down.  I would like to see her back in ME3, though, so we can settle things amicably.

Not necessarily. Caffeine has nothing to do with amino acid chirality and if some of quarians' cellular receptors
 assume similar spatial configurations, caffeine itself would work on them. It would obviously have to be supplied in a quarian friendly drink 
Besides, most substances able to incite allergic reactions are proteins or sacharides, and caffein is neither.
She might get overdosed and look something like this, though

I don't consider cheating on in-game women actually cheating, the fact I can reload and they'd be none the wiser kinda diminishes the whole "cheating" part.
