I'd side with the Alliance.

so you would side with the racist party of the conflict, one that could sustain it? the quarians have 17 million individuals on the floatilla. the council could not allow them to be destroyed like that, even though the quarians have the largest armada ever.

Then Admiral Quaritch would be all "So, you get yourself some Quarian tail, and you forgot which team your playing for?"

I would defend the liveships, should the Alliance be dishonorable enough to attack them, otherwise I would remain neutral unless Tali convinced me otherwise.

Sorry if I am late to this, work called.

In regards to a Systems Alliance war against the Quarians, while I know it was said to be hypothetical, it just does not make sense. Why would council race member's fleet essentially attack ' space hobos'?

But if lets say if there is a war, Shepard would give the 'The Systems Alliance I know don't do this kind of thing...blah...honor...right thng to do...' speech and turn the war aside. Renegon Shepard however, will just shot Udina. Problem solved.
