It is almost like the universe didnt want me to get this picture out there.  First my scanner dies on me and then my network access at home.  Yeah but you can't keep a good Talimancer down.  Here is my contribution to the Tali love.  It is the first pencil and will eventually have the back ground done and will be painted but I still needed to get it out there.

Sweet drawing, David! Please re-post it as/if you add further details to it.

Thank you sir! I did not know that info about having a third toe, or the theories about the eyes.  Maybe this should be in the OP.
Also, Idk if Quarians could live as long as humans since they have naturally weak immune systems? So the only way I could see them living that long is if they avoided all combat and sexual contact their whole lives? Thanks for any elaboration.

I'm also interested in where exactly these "hidden compartments" are in Quarian's suits...cuz there's very little to the imagination as far as their body shape goes.

Most welcome. Regarding lifespan. Possible Quarians have same lifespan because of suits. Not constantly fighting diseases. Body can spend energy on maintaining cellular renewal. Suit synching/sexual encounters occur seldom. May not cause harm as not truely sick. Simply allergic. Note: Staying in suit may make Quarians hypersensitive outside of suit. Also may make skin soft/supple. No exposure to elements.

Per Ascension. Waste held between inner and outer layer of suit. Assume "rule of cool" regarding look. Quarians tend to have sleeve pockets too. Possibly for salvage/antibiotic storage.

On a odd note have they ever said what Quarians sleep patterns are I know they said Salarains only sleep for 1 hour and really outside of other races nothing, makes ya wonder.

Salarians enjoy 1-2hrs of sleep. All other races no actual note. Like lifespan. Assumed to follow human 8-10hr cycle until codex/conversation/book contradicts.

That is something they need to work on.  I would like to know more about day to day Quarian stuff.  Things like how to they eat their paste and can they take off the enviro suite if they are in a clean room?  What do they bath with and how do they let the waste out?  I don't see any zippers in that outfit but then they can section off compartments.  We need a ME encyclopedia.

Really could careless about the rest of that a sleep cycle also indicates a life span, salairans have a short life span thus sleep is limited, for all we know korgan may sleep for longer period of time then a normal human.

As well sleep and a wake time speaks allot of a race what if some races sleep for a few days and are awake for a few days you never know how exactly they would work.

Fantastic drawing, both Shepard and Tali ! And yes, it's cute. But That's what Tali's all about; cuteness and...

You know, if Shepard's room were sterilized, Tali could take off her suit in there (though if Shepard's in there it could cause trouble).

I'm positive that the door to his cabin is air-tight, it just makes sense given how close the cabin is to the exterior of the ship. And I can imagine that the air that comes in through vents is clean and sterilized by the ship's life support systems.

The Shepard problem could be solved by adding a sterilization section to the opening of the room.  That way they can both be cleaned and enter a clean environment for sleeping and love making.

Am not sure. Personally, neutral to suggestion. Would love for this to happen and it can be done, but would be difficult to pull off.

Good evening youngsters, are we all feeling the love tonight? :o

But of course! B) How goes it on your end, Moth?

Sad, unappreciated and always slightly droopy.  But enough about that, let's talk about how I'm feeling! :P

The two are discernible?:D

(...and so it begins once more)

Indeed it does.  Let the double entendres begin...

How are you doing today anyway good sir?

I'm still trying to lock on to a specific group, organization or cause I want to throw my full weight behind professionally speaking. I've done sales as a project manager. I'm good at it - at times it's almost like stealing candy from a baby though perhaps that is also because I come across as genuine and I don't try to pull a fast one on the customers. The chase of a big order has its excitement but in the long run I consider it a somewhat empty existance. I would like to leave a world that is better than the one I came in to.

Just to derail this thread further: I feel the same way.  I used to be a wine salesman until I got laid off when the economy tanked in 2008.  I took at as an opportunity to find something more fulfilling, as sales (even of something as great as wine) is sort of a hollow existence.  I've since gone back to college to get fancy degrees, in the hopes of getting into a career that could make a difference.  It's weird being pretty much broke again after years of gainful employment, but my lady has a dope job that can carry the team, and she supports my idealism (as well as my videogame addiction and other bad habits ), so it all seems to be working out, shockingly enough.

I'm pleased on your behalf, Jake, and I hope you find something that suits your idealistic desires and your family responsibilities. I respect your decision to seek further education. I already have two university degrees so unless I go for a PhD or decide to start completely over in a separate field, I think the most education I'd be looking at now would be short term courses specifically related to a niche industry. I'm not married so no one else to pick up the slack, but I do have some money saved, great family and friends and am entitled to a certain amount of unemployment insurance. The thing is that I don't just want to find a job that will pay the bills and allow me to save on the side. I want to find something that I genuinely burn for.

No way I could have done it without my honey, no doubt.  I'm considering teaching, preferably at the college level, as I have some family contacts at the university I attend, but I could deal with teaching at grammar or high school, as long as it wasn't a private school.  I may also explore opportunities with a nonprofit that represents something I believe in strongly.  The problem is that the causes I feel most strongly about would be seriously depressing to deal with on a day-in-day-out basis.  I could easily see myself getting burnt-out in a few years of, say, social work.

I hope you can find something you believe in that you can throw yourself into wholeheartedly.  For me, my focus has shifted from "making lots of money" to "making a difference."  I have no need of an extravagant lifestyle anyway, and a sense of purpose and, as corny as it may sound, doing the right thing, is worth more than any big salary at a soulless corporate gig.

I think if Shepard just washes with anti-bacterial soap and uses some mouth wash, it would be very safe for Tali to be suitless in his sterilized cabin, at least for a few hours.

It won't be as ideal as her suit, of course, but having sex with him with no preparation beyond her immunity boosting meds wasn't too bad on her. I can't imagine in this scenario her getting more than a very minor fever.

Any external cleaning lasts about five minutes.  Then you start shedding skin and hair and all kinds of crud.  This is ignoring all the bacteria and such that you've got in your eyes, nose and mouth.  People are pretty filthy no matter how you scrub them.
