I have a handful of other fics on my FF account and I beleive that they all have happy endings, but none of them are Mass Effect, so. . .yeah.

I am currently kicking around a new M.E. Tali-related short but, guess what, no happy ending there, either.
Well, I guess you could think of it that way, but. . .

Just keep Tali alive or I'll be crying again, LOL.

Yet another blatant attempt by The Illusive Man to keep a closer eye on Shepard. EDI could have performed the exact same function.

Call me naive, but I'd like to think Miranda turning on TIM at the end was sincere.  She did raise a good point to him about what would happen if she did something he didn't like ("or what, you'll replace me, too?").

But Kelly?  Yeah, she's a Cerberus honeypot through and through.

Perhaps. TIM is a meglomaniac and, like any good meglomaniac, will sever any assets that he no longer deems fit to maintain. Miranda outlived her usefulness the instant Shepard destroyed the Collector base against his orders. So perhaps she has proved herself loyal out of fear, but her human supremecist views make her a threat.

Kelly is simply too naive for her own good. Cerberus is everything wrong with humanity and does not, no matter how you slice it, act for the good of the galaxy.

Yes other chars do.. she just doesn't because the unbuttoned shirt Miranda is a completely different model...

She's not wearing anything under the black getup, less forplay. She had to change to drag it out.
