You knowW seeing more than a few asking for a romance DLC for their fav LI, and looking at the trend that EA/Bioware has recently adopted, I am now not in the favour of a 'DLC', rather a full blown expansion 'DLC'.
My concern stem not only from the 'nickle and dime' cosmetic DLCs, but also from Zaeed, and the upcoming Kasumi DLC which from what I understand has no more interaction then Zaeed. Aka, she's going to become just another Statistic with guns that no one will care much about.

Also, experiience from Dragon Age's DLCs have shown that all DLCs with the exception of Return from Ostagar does not carry over into the story arc. This is by far more a concern since if we do get a Romance pack of any sort, I'd like the romance developments to also carry over into any other expansion as well as into ME3 itself. Nothing breaks the imersion experience more than having everthing done or gain a DLC rendered 'non-existant'.

No, I want a romace pack but I also want what happens in that pack with my chosen LI to count and matter and most important of all carry over into ME3.
Screw the insta gratification 'cosmetic' DLCs that really just waste our money and don't matter in the long run of things.

I agree. I really want Stolen Memories, but meh, she's another arc I can live without.  I'm no expert on the "carry-over" aspect, but there must be complications with those who don't purchase the DLC.

Grunt and Thane rarely die. After boosting his Fortification instead of CS, he is invincible. Thane, he' s ust a sneaky assassin that doesn't die.

Truth be told, you can have any squad (even Jacob) and if you manuever them well enough you can beat any mission on the hardest difficulty.

No squadmates can hurt you, especially if you play soldier because you lack for almost nothing. Squadmates can only help you in combat, not hurt

You guys might know, has it been addressed if humans and quarians can procreate?

From any reasonable standpoint, utterly impossible.

Humans can't even procrate with other Earth creatures that share 99% of the same DNA.  The idea of procreating with a being from another planet, even ignoring the protein chirality issue, is completely unthinkable.  Not only are their proteins "backwards", but they probably utilize completely different proteins that are coded for in completely different ways.

Here's a quick and dirty start on that Tali retexture I was talking about. I hid the pieces I haven't even touched yet so you can see what I'm doing compared to the original.

Started with her face as the original one is really bad though I feel like I'm wasting my time since it's not seen too well in-game. Perhaps try to make the visor a bit clearer if possible in any way?

We'll see.

Ps. Goddamn it I really hate this forum software. Any way to display and link to an image without breaking something? :P

I don't envy you. Alls I can say is make sure you don't work too long before realizing you have to start all over.

The difficulties are abit overrated once you know all the levels, hell even on my first play through with the infiltrator on veteran was easy, the only real hard fight was that fight on the 'abandoned' collector ship on those flying disc things - every other fight after that was easy (even the final boss)

On what appears the OT of Tali, I gotta say I've really warmed to her over the course of my multiple playthroughs. To start, I had no idea why y'all loved her so much. She struck me as bland and slightly annoying as a squad mate in ME1 due the inability to ever find her decent armors (which translated to much early deaths) and the fact that her suit seemed to severely limit her 'life' as a character.

On my 3rd playthrough however I've found that Jack annoys the crap out of my, Miranda makes my head spin with her constant back and forth between "You're ok..." and "I wouldn't trust you to get my coffee", leaving Tali as the only (female) character I find myself returning to. Maybe due to the fact she seems to be the only squadmate that's mentally stable, on top of having what appear to be the largest, legitimate conflicts and most interesting things to say.

Well...they can hurt you. Jacob glitched out and stood on my head and Miranda blocked my retreat to cover. I control my squad for the most part, but for the times they're on their own AI I need the squad I trust. IMO Miranda Jacob and Jack are flawed cuz they won't, stop, hopping, on, boxes!

I knows how to direct Tali, Grunt, and Thane better than the others. Even Garrus shines in between deaths.

Welcome aboard, Tali and Shepard have been through a lot together, it seems the most natural romance to me. I'll agree that our choices in ME2 sucked ass except for tali. I've wanted her as an LI since ME1 but I can see how you might not like her then.

I definitely did, and I'm not afraid to admit it.
The story was incredibly strong, and the fact that it was about a character I really really like made it hit even harder.

Really? Must have taken forever, I spent 2 hours recreating it, got bored...  Did you do it on the computer?

Also, I wasn't using it "against" you, I was trying to think of something to say about your great picture, and that was the only thing I thought of... should have just said "Posted Image"
