I think it's after the "Tier 2 romance" dialog. In Tali's case, when you have the convo by the elevator.

With all the ships the Quarians have, there's probably at least one named Badass or something similar. They capture a pirate ship, but can't change the registry information. 
That would be awesome.

“Some more places that need to be tended to Shepard,” she whispered taking his hands and weaved them around all of the tubes until she could feel his paws on her neck. He gently squeezed the base of her thin neck and worked his way down.
“Uhhm, to the left.”
Shepard laughed to himself. Oh yeah, right there. She leaned back against his chest and her body felt weak from all the pleasure she just endured. She closed her eyelids and watched the warm lambent colors work their way through her thin skin that shielded her eyes. I can do this forever…

You know, if Tali watched High Noon, Seven samurais and Memphis Belle: Lawman doing the right thing even wven the people he's trying to protect betrays him, group of missfit warriors protect villagers against impossible odds with little or no reward and a suicide mission deep into the heart of the enemy, blowing a key installation (Me 109 parts if I remember my history) and against all odds returning home intact respectively, Tali's respose would be:

Tali: Shepard are these historical accounts?

Shepard: Uhhh, only one though its possible that what you saw could have happened somewhere at one point in time or other.

Tali: Keelah!! Its no wonder you humans are insane, your race seems to enjoy dealing with impossible odds! *snuggles* It makes you dangerously sexy too.
