i'll help you out...first you need an extensive portfolio showing your works of art (ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART) The you must show some of you 3d models plus a UV map of your textures plus a demo of a game you have worked on (or modded) next some storyboards and you're alllllllll set.

Oh and a degree is a plus, bbut not a garuantee.
