Yes. And in case you didnt know, you would have to buy Kasumi as well.

I thought the Kasumi would at least be free for PC. In fact, I think I even read something about that on the Kasumi announcement.  But for sure you need to pay for the extra looks pack?...thats pretty lame. I could just go and DL a fan-mod or something.
