Fire in bursts, and get the accuracy upgrade. Also don't try to use it like the vindicator, get close, pop AR and unload

People hate on Kelly, but this is the situation where she could be helpful.  Tali just needed someone to clue her in that Shep needed someone

I know. I was planning on not having a LI anyway, but they put in that scene anyway. It actually kinda hurt considering this was my new single canon Shep cuz I was prepping for Talimance cuz I knew beforehand

You writing that shortfic made me smile though and yes, I like Kelly, her convos are smooth (like how she says she sees Tali watching your every move", implying behind-the-scenes info when Tali's not in Engineering or something.

My Shepard isn't lonely anymore though

But I use the Eviscerator up close. And the Vindicator matches my play style, and so does the Widow.

Well Handy, looks like we're going to work ourselves out of another mess.

I'm gonna sound like a masochist here, but I rather enjoy how dark your stories are.
If I were to vote, I'd say keep making sad ones.

Don't get me wrong - I love the stories.
I just hate how they make me feel.

And yet I keep coming back for more.

As much as we love happy endings, you have to admit that sad or tragic ones really stick in our minds more. Now, that doesn't mean they ALWAYS make for better ends, it's nice to have a 'happly ever after', but sometimes beauty comes out of tragedy.

I mean, would Titanic have been as good if Leonardo had pulled his pretty, pretty self out of the water and onto the floating door? Probably not. Thus we have: "Never let go."

"Hey, thanks for not letting go" doesn't really have the same punch.

The Viper sniper rifle seems to be a carbine.

It's a pretty good gun, but the Widow just makes most other weapons obsolete.

I second this.  I'm about half way through my Hardcore run through (not attempting Insanity, not masochistic) and I'm playing it NG+ just so that I have the Widow with me the whole game.  I have been peppering enemies with my SMG (Playing as an Infiltrator) and been like, "Screw this, I'm done playing." Whipped out the Widow and laid down some death.  I love sniping, every shooter I play I use a sniper of some sort.  Halo, CoD, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Crysis, every shooter you can find me with a sniper.

The Widow strikes the perfect balance of damage per shot, ammo capacity, and range.  Love it.
