I'm kinda curious about why Harbinger considers the turians primitive.  Is it from a biological or cultural standpoint?

Edit:  Also kinda funny that Harbinger knows more about the quarians than we do.

Sovereign was worse, since he outright hated all organic life.

Wonder if such differences in opinion are common among the Reapers.  And just how wide those differences get.

Can't see how any functioning starfaring culture (this excludes the krogan, who are not a functioning culture) could really be called "primitive." 

I mean, the Systems Alliance is like a bandaid on the nation-states of the Earth, and humans mistrust aliens.  How is that any different from turians?

If his disdain is due to cultural reasons, I'd suspect it has more to do with ingrained turian doctrines (all frontal assaults, all the time, never retreat) than their form of government.
