It's kinda like gym class. The kid jumpin up and down with their hand in the air goin "oh me, pick me" get's ignored by the team leaders lol Garrus is quiet so he get's team leader. Jacob is confident I'll send him as 2nd team. Tali has to be tech expert cuz of the drama and she's so damn cute (also want .gif of her pose as she says "I won't let you down")


Jack as biotic field is badass (especially with dlc maybe?)

He doesn't have metal in it, he has some big bandage type thing.

Besides, even if he did, the concussive force of a punch would still be transferred to the head. Not to mention Shepard is right handed, so he'd likely strike with his right arm, thus it would impact on Garrus' left side (not the right, which is where he took that wound).
