Actually, that's not entirely accurate. You're using FireFox, aren't you?

See, this is what happens. If a GIF or whatever don't have a specified framerate, FireFox will just run it as fast as it can render it. Other browsers, like IE or Chrome, have a default "cap" to how fast they'll render something, unless otherwise specified.

Thus, if you view that OP hug in Chrome or IE, it actually runs very slowly. My GIF does have a specified framerate, thus it'll run at a good speed on every browser.

Ahh, I see, that's why I didn't understand what he meant (I use Firefox). Add more content to the gif you made...her backing away.....you know...MOAR!

Actually, on IE on my laptop my GIF starts out at a good speed, but chugs to a crawl. Hmmm, I know it worked on IE on my desktop, so that's odd. Damnit IE, stop failing.
