If you take the hidden one time only more information convo option with Liara after you help her nail the observer she lets on that she is obsessed with SB because a very good friend she was with was captured/tortured/maybe killed by SB after giving your body to Cerberus.

Hard to think she would be that obsessed over a friend only thou... I suspect she had strong feelings for that friend like she did for you. Remember Liara developed her love interest in you in what just a few months over the course of ME1? Asari are rather wild in their young years

If you start a guy in ME1 and have him do EVERYTHING there is to do in the game but then start him over from the beginning and save, if you load him into ME2 from that save at the beginning do you still credit for doing all the missions and extra stuff, like giving Tali the geth data?

No. Use the auto save that was created when you beat the game with that character.

Kaiden acts the same way, except instead of "You're looking at a god", Kaiden says "You're looking at a legend". 

But either way, I liked ending my bromance with Kaiden more than my nomance with Ashley  and no it does not make me gay!

Remember on the Citadel in ME1, Ashley says "what do we do with her, The Quarian" then Tali says "My name is Tali". Kaiden will say this too but since Ashley's the xenophobe it fits her better. Die Ash die!!

I think the previous poster got a piece of fan fiction confused with the actual ME2 game.

If you do everything in the game and complete the game you will recieve an compeleted game save.If you do a new game plus in ME1 and beat the game again without doing everything it will not count it as a game where you did everything.

Meh. You are of course free to mod Tali all you want as far as I'm concerned. However, I'm personally completely disinterested in a bi or homosexual Tali.
