During the actual act, yes. Are they a long-term pothead? Probably not unless they resume such activity. It seems to end up hinging on how much time needs to pass before the stigma and association passes from being "present" to becoming "past".

I liked her in that nice Colossus X armor better.

ME2 suits much better. It got rid of that weird half bra thing I always hated and the hood looks much nicer.

Yeah I like Tali's suit in ME2 better. She's more elegant... in some way.
