Or maybe not, but the quarians are 17 million people(less then half the population of California alone) away from complete extinction. I want the geth to live too(if they're benign) but I don't see how trusting them is wise for the quarians.

Suit:

Mobile sterile environment. Designed to handle all biological needs. Feeder tube in helmet delivers water/sterilzed food paste. Undergarments unlikely as would impeed waste excretion. Assume suit also handles grooming. Suit designed for use at all times due to limited clean room space. Suit has section seals similar to starship bulkheads. Suit also has antibiotic delivery system for pilgrims/soldiers.

Lifespan:

Unnoted in game. Presumably matches humans at 100-150 years.

Sleep Cycle:

Unnoted in game. Presumably matches humans at 8-10hrs.

Misc:

Paste packet likely similar to saline bag. Pre-purified. Connects to external portion of feeder tube. Likely redundant sterilization before reaching mouth.

Quarians can survive in clean room. Births occur in clean rooms. Children placed in "bubbles" after birth. Asari on Illium mention Quarian indentured servant requires clean room. Expensive.

Bathing possible with sterilized water in clean room. This type of cleaning likely rare. Clean rooms are luxury for personal matters. Entire room for one Quarian seen as extravagant.

A brilliant synopsis, doctor 

Though I tend to lean slightly more to the pale quarian theory due to the glimpses of the color of their noses, the dark theory has its merits as well since the time spent on the Migrant fleet wouldn't have been long enough for the former color to change so much. If they started out dark, they'd most likely stay that way, though a little less so due to little to no actual stimulation to synthesize more pigment.
As for the ears, from the expression "...what passed for the quarian version of ear..." (Ascension, p. 235) I get the impression that there actually is at least some sort of structure instead of a simple hole.

Agreed but it is meant as a clue to the future for ME3. He doesn't know why he did it because it was an individualistic choice which is counter to how Legion and geth behave as a whole. Star Trek explored this in depth with the Borg concept. What happens when a collective mind is introduced to individuality? No one knows how they will react.

Either way it is Fenix Shepherd's plan to build that house on the home world for Tali. Which reminds me how is it that Tali has never asked about Earth? ~Tell me of your homeworld Usal.

Trust to somebody is always risky whether it is a human, quarian, turian or anybody else even an "AI". It depends on your decision if you take the risk or not.

Both my points and the other people's counter points have been correct conjectures. The only difference is between which side we stand on.

So far the lot of us who have been involved have actually agreed with the possibility the other is right.
