No.  It felt like she was a person in dire emotional straits due to her facing expulsion from her homeland (homeships?  homethingy.) for a horrible crime she couldn't be sure she wasn't at least an accesory to.  Oh, and the possible death of her father.  Oh, and just prior to that point it being made abundantly clear that even if she wasn't an accessory to the crime, her father most definitely was.

She reacted just as I would expect any being with emotions would.  But if you think getting a little snappy while under extreme emotional distress is a "****y" thing to do then yeah, I guess she was.  Here's hoping that every person you meet in your life is never in an emotionally stressful situation, because I've seen reactions far worse for far less.

try reuploading it to imageshack and embed it in your sig again.

Anyone with functioning arms and hands can use an AR. Whether they can use it proficiently is another matter altogether. I imagine this pic was taken from a PC version of ME2. Mods can save just about any game (not that ME2 needs them, IMO).

Its just from the Suicide misson. Everyone plus AR's outta their ass for it. Really noticed the first time when Tali and Thane were blowing Collecters away with them during the Seeker swarm outro cutscene.

Plus the AR's are wicked strong, my AR that looked like that sucked... well if they are spraying and praying might as well buy them Revenants- the future LMG

I had 150,000+ Eezo, 1,000,000+ Iridium, 800,000+ Platinum, 1,000,000+ Palladium on my first playthrough. Note: I mined each and every singly planet and asteroid in the game that allowed me to do so.

Currently on my second through I have 80,000+ Eezo, 360,000+ Iridium, 225,000+ Platinum, 340,000+ Palladium and on this second run I'm only harvesting "Rich" and "Good" planets except for the ones whose history indicate there may be Eezo present.
