I remember an old japanese RPG video game where at one moment the girl asked the guy the famous hated question : "why do you love me?"
There was three choices (if my translation is correct...Yes I can speak a bit japanese):
A) I wanted to protect youYou have small breasts
C) I love teasing you.
...I question the mental state of the creator of this game...
But I suppose that if Tali were to ask the same question to you wouldn't have too much trouble to answer.
I don't remember the name.
Do you know the game Ar Tonelico?
Well it was this kind of game.

I honestly thought that doing the deed with one of the romances would have had a negative effect on that member's performance.
Would make sense no? Tali's got a cold, Garrus just experienced the most awkward moment of his life and Jack might focus too much on you neglecting her barrier.
I almost wish they had included a minor "punishment" for not being entirely devoted to the cause.

A "Brainiacs" test found that football players (aka. "soccer" to some,) who had sex with their partners during half time experienced improved performance during the second half compared to the first half. Not exactly incontrovertible evidence, true, but at the very least a possible indicator.
What was the figure being thrown around for the Olympics? 7000 athletes and 100000 Condoms or something? I would suggest that if someone is suffering a case of nerves, getting it on isn't going to make it worse. Might not help, but not gonna hurt.The_KFD_Case wrote...

Probably pure win this.

That may be true. I'm aware that WRPGs (particularly hybrids like Fallout 3) are making strong inroads in the Japanese market. But for the time being, more traditional JRPGs continue to sell. And until they stop selling completely, they will be made. Despite any (legitimate) concerns about the originality, maturity, and artistic value thereof.The_KFD_Case wrote...

Times are a changing my friend. Even the venerable FF franchise only managed a luke warm reception in Japan. JRPGs are in dire need of a shot in the arm and soon. Japan is a large market, true, but it's dwarfed by the North American and European markets and they are even less forgiving when it comes to JRPGs. Especially in light of the "upped game" of certain Western RPG developers. JRPGs as they currently stand are living on borrowed time, IMO.

Just to clarify, it was the gorilla's choice. No one forced him to get it. But Drathan and I did promise to get one if he did. So now we all have Tali tattooed to our behinds. Makes for interesting bedside conversations.

on my new playtrough that wont happend again!
Just reload a saved game from before you trigger the IFF mission and make sure to upgrade the Normandy and gain all party members loyalty if you haven't already. Then pick someone for the "Suicide Run" roles that make sense (ex. Legion is a perfect choice for the suicide vent and Garrus is a good squad leader, etc.). BioWare practically hands the best choices to you on a plate if you just take a moment to think about it. Good luck!

FF hasn't been really great in quite a while. Have you played Persona 3 or 4? That's what I was obsessing over before I made the mistake of buying ME2.The_KFD_Case wrote...
Likely. I'm quite content not to spend my money on it despite actually somewhat yearning for a new JRPG to knock my socks off. I had hoped FF XIII would do it, but after reading early reviews and users hands-on experiences whom had imported the Japanese version, I quickly got cold feet. ME2 was released and I never looked back.
