I am not sure if it was an easter egg per se, but during Tali's Loyalty mission, you get an "an old egpytian blessing" Quarian style. The Collectors / Proteans when I first saw them reminded me of the Shadows in Bab5 too.

As with the "Go for the optics! that Tali shouts.
I don't think any true self respecting RPG gamer would call himself / herself one without at least playing the BG series at least once.
I´m sorry to disagree with you, but believe to be a RPG gamer an I never played one of the game of the BG series, but the again I´m a consolero and not a PC gamer and I believe BG was never in any console available ( correct if I´m wrong) .But I did have played every other Bioware title and a lots of japanese RPGs. I could play at my PC but I just can´t get comfortible with the keyborad/mouse stuff.I´ve tried a couple of time, but I always get back to my consoles. But the important thing is that Tali is available at XBOX 360 too ,right? ^^
That is true.
Well, for console players I have to amend that and say you must have at least played FF7.
But seriously, the BG series had to be one of the best RPG games made in the western hemisphere. Its old now, more then 12 years ago back around 1998, which like dog years that's a long time ago for computer related stuff. Considering how many people know, played and loved that game still. well, is a testament to its greatness.
Back to Tali related stuff:
Tali does have quite a few quotes from the BG series, as well as naming her Drone after one of Aerie's (BG2 character) dietiy's pet raccon if I remember that right. (been a while since i played BG and romanced Aerie and talked about the Diety Baervan)
You got it right, Chiktika Fastpaws, friend/familiar of Baervan.

did the math. At 12LY a day increased by 50% it would take almost 15.55 repeating years for the reapers to travel 100,000 LY which was the suggested distance that they are away at the end of ME2
All someone said was that they were able to see the galactic disc from where they were. It is certainly not necessary that they be an entire galactic diameter away from it in order for that to be the case, especially if they are "above" the disc. They will be however far away they need to be to make the story happen cohesively. If they are 10,000LY out then it will take less than 2 years for them to arrive, and the scene at the end of the game still makes perfect sense. This is also assuming that our +50% speed estimate, which is a complete guess, is correct. The Reapers are incredibly advanced, and may move much faster than that. Who knows? Not us.
Haha, lengthy delay. I think the general consensus is me and Add think the other is an idiot, and left it at that.

Yeah the main one that Harbinger was always controlling did sorta look like a shadow. I don't recall the blessing your talking about but the only quote I remember from B5 was
"Understanding is a three edged sword"
Kosh was Epic
Also can anyone tell me how to link words to a hyper link? So that it reads "X" but when you click on it it takes you to www.Y.com?

It has to come from the heart. Thought I lost that until ME2 came out. Gave me back my drive that made me love to write. I love ME2 for bringing that back to me.

I don't like these comparisons. These games had different approaches and different goals and I wouldn't say, that I had more fun playing BG2 then playing ME2. Both games are great in there own way but you can't really compare them.
