Liara's quests are filed under the primary campaign log, not the side mission journal. Her missions will likely have a huge repercussion.

I just skimmed the Liara thread, but apparently there's a bunch of stuff in the files titled Liara_DLC or some such.  Maybe extra dialogue fragments, too?  Again, I was just skimming.
