Baldurs Gate 2, though i suppose it was an expac, but rather the same thing.

I loved Dragon Age, Mass Effect more, but I experienced quite the unpleasent bug. I couldn't continue in the game, starting a new character was a complete turn off. I'll probably end up playing it again when the expansion comes out.
