They'll definitely get back together again.
And she won't die as long as she takes medication. Theoreticaly, she should have a less serious reaction every time she does it.

This pretty much. I dont think it would ever be a 'casual' thing but theres no real reason why they would only do it once then never again.

We already said this, A child with tali is very possible. Ever heard of a Liger? The lion and tiger are two different species but they had an offspring. Quarians and humans are both.. ugh.. Humanoids? Although the child would be sterile (can't reproduce)

Lions and Tigers dont have different DNA bases. Humans and Quarians do. That my friend is all the difference in the world.

There. Will. Be. No. Hybrid. Child. ...except in the inevtiable fanfics.
